Cook Piano Studio is a classical music studio in Smithfield, Virginia. We offer traditional, student-centered piano lessons to children and adults of all levels. Students benefit from expert guidance in all areas of piano education and performance - from the fundamentals of technique to sight-reading, rhythm, ear training, music theory, music history, and much more. Several times a year, students have the opportunity to perform in a warm, encouraging environment. Interested students can also participate in area piano festivals and competitions sponsored by the National Federation of Music Clubs and the Music Teachers National Association.

Since 1980, Carol Cook has touched the lives of many people - students and audience-members alike - through her musical knowledge and expertise. Her goal is to share the wonderful world of music with others, and to lead them toward a deep appreciation of the world of the piano. She is eager to introduce her innovative music learning method to aspiring students who are striving to be stellar musicians.
